Akoearth โ Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product has been damaged in transit, has a physical defect, or if an incorrect product has been delivered. To initiate a return request, clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item must be emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return your order, the entire order must be returned, and you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the products by writing to us at help@akoearth.com.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been opened or broken, or if any serial number, QR code, or identifying label has been tampered with. Once the returned product is received, Akoearth will inspect the item to verify the claim.
Upon successful inspection and approval, a refund or replacement will be processed. If the product is found ineligible for return, it will be shipped back to you.
In some cases, based on the photographs shared, Akoearth may determine whether the product needs to be physically returned for further verification. If the return request is rejected based on the email assessment alone, you will not need to send the product back. If the return request is approved, either a refund will be issued or the product must be sent back to Akoearth for completion of the process.
