Once an order is placed, it is processed and dispatched within 24โ48 hours, after which it is handed over to our trusted delivery partners. The actual delivery time may vary based on your location and the estimated date provided by the courier service, but we always strive to ensure that your products reach you at the earliest possible time. For customers located within a 30-kilometer radius, deliveries are typically completed within 36 hours, and in cases where the requirement is urgent, we make every possible effort to expedite the delivery further within this zone.
Cancellations are allowed only within the first 24 hours of placing an order, as our team begins processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch. Once this 24-hour window has passed, cancellations cannot be accepted under any circumstances. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming their purchase.
